This was done in a LCM pool, total meters: 6000 Warmup: 900m with snorkal Set 1: 10x100m freestyle on 1:30 Kick Set: 10x100m Fly kick w/ fins on 1:40 Set 2: 5x200m freestyle on 3:00 Kick Set 2: 10x50m choice w/ fins on :45 (Unless you're doing breast, then it's on :55-1:00) Set 3: 5x200m IM build on 3:30 (These should be fast, the last one should be an all out sprint) 500m pull, 200 freestyle, 300 breast Cooldown: 100 easy choice |
