Seniors and top age groupers
Warm up:
50m Freestyle Handicap competition - 1 x 50m race 6 x 25 Fly Max from dive @ 1.00 4 x thru:
2 x 200 Free (working long off walls) @3.45 3 x 630 as 600 swim see below followed by 2 x 15m max sprints - easy 10m to end
4 x 50 Free dive start holding pb +4 @1.30
2 x 175 as 75 Back, 100 choice @2.30 4 x 100 IM kick as fast as can hold @ 2.45
Recovery:
Whole session was part of our monthly internal competition which means we get the whole club turning out although some don't have a session after the race. The total session was 3 hours although the competition took about 30 minutes (12 heats of 50 freestyle). Once more those who attended gave it 100% |
