Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can give me a friendly tip on how to avoid getting dizzy while doing a somersault flip. I usually do a quick flip and a twist at the wall (commonly used during butterfly and breast) while swimming freestyle to avoid feeling dizzy after a somersault flip. Thanks!! |

Alex! That's long ago.. but I think you need to keep your eyes open to observe how you are "flipping"! |
