At the 75 yard mark in my 100 free, i swim a 42 seconds, but at the 100 yard mark my time is 59 seconds. My problem is stamina, but I don't have time for stamina training. Can anyone tell me what to do in my race so I can speed up my time? Please hurry! I have until July 9.

Well first lets break down your race considering your 75 split was a 42 you probably went out a 27 low and then a 15 mid. Then your last 25 would be around a 16. Those arent bad splits at all you just fall apart in the back end of your race. Here are a few things that might be affecting your race.
1. You already have lactic acid in your legs. In this case which usually happens to most swimmers, you just need to warm up, stay hydrated, and keep off your feet. What i do to warm up is go up the first heat of girls (i am a guy) and warm up in the warm up pool, if there is no pool just pretend to swim in the showers. Then once the girls event is done and its the first heat of guys i get out of the water and put a sweatshirt on to stay warm (even if its already wicked hot outside!).
2. Your thinking about it too much. Dont think ok i need to go out slower and come back faster...just think about what are the small details you can do to improve your race, like add a dolphin kick, dont breathe off every wall and other small things like that.
On july 9th i hope you do great dude and just sprint all out right from the begining
