Well done, Jules. What do you think made the most difference to getting your times down?

Nice question. Yes let us know, how you did this

I....( and my dad) think that fun is the biggest drive. The club wanted to sign me up for meets in a higher age group. I can keep up with them and even kick their butts, but the fun is in that I can still participate in 25mtrs races and focus on getting the club records. My dad insisted on letting me do this races and so we met the club halve-way That is lots of fun, I'm nerveus when I'm standing by the block and try to remember GW's advice....take deep breaths and relax!!!!
Today I did my 50mtr fly in 0.42.66.....another PB!!!!....being the fact that my arm is a bit ingured because of a excesive Gym exercise in school. The arm is going good so not to worry....I was very nerveus again because I wasn't shore I could hold on ....Again a fun day with helping my dad during the race helped me as well.

Thank you all also for your good support and advices,....GW as special....xx

You are sooo right Julie. I see this with my son. He does amazing things and just because he has so much fun doing it. Practice is nothing without fun especially for kids. But I also as an masterswimmer do not like boring practice.

remember that you spend more time training than in meets.....and my 50 fly is officially now 0.42.66.......
